Our products are processed and packed in a world class facility (HACCP Certified) and shipped to many international markets.
Our reef fish are processed whole; gilled, gutted and fresh frozen; or vacuum packed individually. We also process reef fish fillets.
Our pelagic fish are processed whole H/G; loins (fresh or frozen to -60c); steaks/belly cuts/cubes and saku.
We can also develop our products to meet new customer requirements.
